
PRODUCTION
SUMMMA has 6 plants located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, in which different roles are carried on as to be part of each of our processes.

San Lorenzo 1
This is where the process begins. Hides are received from the tanneries, cleaned, and cut to the specific size for the product they will be made into.

San Lorenzo 2
Here is where our rawhide get’s grounded and extruded to create our line of munchy items, also the production of our smallest rawhide items is done in this facility.

Piva 1
This is where we add extra flavor to our already delicious rawhide, our must popular basting flavors are chicken, beef and peanut butter; but we have so many more flavors. Also in this facility is where we have our principal warehouse which feeds the packaging lines that prepare our products for export.

In Piva 1 we stock, baste, pack and ship most of our products.

Piva 2
Assembly of rawhide bones, retriever rolls, twists, chips, etc. All of these products are done here along with oven roasting of the products.

Planta Cárnicos
Any product that is wrapped with meat – chicken, beef, bacon, etc. is produced in this facility, which operates with the same quality and hygiene as the food companies for human consumption.

Chichimeco
Our newest facility designed for new, rawhide free products and compressed bones.

All of our products are produced in our own GFSI-certified factories with the highest quality standards.
100% of our products are made in our own facilities with strict control guidelines that are implemented during the whole production process, starting from the selection of raw material until the shipment of the final product.
We never buy products from other companies so that you can be certain of the quality.
